RETAIL SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped within 2 weeks via USPS. However, if you pay by check, shipments will be delayed until the payment has been processed.

SHIPPING CHARGES: $6.95 Flat rate. Retail orders over $120.00 are shipped at no charge. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to locations outside the United States.
 
RETAIL RETURN POLICY: We accept unused items within 30 days of purchase for exchange only. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept any returns on custom orders.
 
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, checks, and gift certificates. If payment is by check or gift certificate shipments will be delayed until the payment has been processed. Please make checks payable to SOLLEY BAGS. Mail your payment to 1105 Powers Place Alpharetta GA 30009

RETURNED CHECKS: $25.00 surcharge on all returned checks.
 
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Can be redeemed for merchandise online. Solley Bags is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Original gift certificate must be processed before your order will be shipped. Expires one year from date issued.

 
WHOLESALE: If you are interested in selling Solley Bags products please submit a request on the "wholesale" tab. You can also call us or e-mail us for our wholesale approval form. phone-404/668/8447 or solleybags@aol.com. Opening order minimum $150.00. We accept credit cards and prepayment. Orders will be billed on the day the order ships. All accounts must be current before additional orders will be shipped. Approximate delivery time 3-4 weeks. Returns only on defective or damaged merchandise and will not be accepted without prior authorization. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
